Tóm tắt

Ốc Đêm là game chơi trên trình duyệt và app Android. Chơi không cần tài khoản; đăng nhập Google là tuỳ chọn, chỉ để giữ quán qua nhiều máy. Game không hỏi tên thật hay số điện thoại. Phần lớn dữ liệu nằm ngay trên máy bạn. Những gì gửi lên máy chủ được kể hết bên dưới.

Lưu trên máy bạn

Sổ sách quán (tiền, đồ đạc, đêm đang chơi), cài đặt âm thanh và các tuỳ chọn khác lưu trong bộ nhớ trình duyệt (localStorage) của máy bạn. Xoá dữ liệu trang web trong trình duyệt hoặc bấm xoá quán trong game là mất hẳn.

Gửi lên máy chủ Ốc Đêm

• Tài khoản Google (tuỳ chọn). Khi bạn bấm Đăng nhập Google, máy chủ nhận từ Google địa chỉ email và mã người dùng Google của bạn, rồi giữ bản sao sổ sách các quán của bạn gắn với tài khoản đó để mở lại trên máy khác. Không nhận mật khẩu, danh bạ hay dữ liệu Google nào khác.
• Mã lưu quán. Khi bạn bấm Lấy mã quán để chuyển máy, bản sao sổ sách quán được lưu trên máy chủ dưới mã đó. Máy chủ chỉ giữ dạng băm của khoá, không giữ khoá thật.
• ỐcMap. Khi quán lên khu phố, máy chủ giữ thẻ quán để người chơi khác xem: tên quán, mô tả quán, ảnh đại diện chọn trong game, số liệu bán hàng, đánh giá của khách trong game và lời bạn trả lời. Đây là chữ công khai, đừng ghi thông tin cá nhân vào đó. Bạn tắt được việc hiện quán trên bản đồ trong game; quán không chơi 3 tuần thì tự rời bản đồ.
• Lọc và báo quán. Tên, mô tả và lời trả lời có chữ tục bị chặn. Người chơi có thể báo quán có chữ bậy; máy chủ ghi quán nào báo kèm một đoạn băm ngắn của địa chỉ IP để một người không báo nhiều lần.
• Thông báo. Nếu bạn bật thông báo, máy chủ giữ mã nhận thông báo (token Firebase Cloud Messaging) của trình duyệt. Tắt thông báo hoặc 4 tháng không mở game thì mã bị bỏ.
• Trò chuyện và bài đăng. Tin nhắn, bài tâm sự và ảnh bạn đăng ở Phố Đêm được lưu trên máy chủ để người chơi khác xem. Ảnh nằm ở kho Cloudflare R2; ảnh trong kênh chung tự xoá sau 4 ngày, ảnh bài đăng sau 8 ngày, tin hay bài bị xoá thì ảnh xoá theo.
• Nhật ký máy chủ. Như mọi trang web, máy chủ ghi địa chỉ IP, thời điểm và loại trình duyệt của mỗi lượt truy cập để chống phá và sửa lỗi; địa chỉ IP còn dùng trong bộ nhớ để giới hạn số lần gọi.

Dịch vụ của bên thứ ba

• Google Gemini. Khi bạn trả lời đánh giá của khách, lời bạn gõ và nội dung đánh giá được gửi tới Google Gemini API để viết câu khách đáp lại và lời nhận xét cuối đêm. Không kèm thông tin nhận diện bạn. Xem điều khoản Gemini API.
• Google Analytics for Firebase. Game gửi các sự kiện chơi ẩn danh (mở game, mở cửa quán, chốt sổ...) cùng thông tin thiết bị chung để biết người chơi gặp khó ở đâu. Google có thể đặt cookie hoặc mã nhận diện thiết bị cho việc này.
• Quảng cáo Google. Ốc Đêm có thể hiển thị quảng cáo của Google (AdSense / Ad Placement API trên web, Google AdMob trong app Android), gồm quảng cáo xen giữa các đêm và quảng cáo bạn tự bấm xem để nhận thưởng. Google và các đối tác dùng cookie (trên web) hoặc mã nhận diện quảng cáo của thiết bị (trong app Android) để phân phát quảng cáo dựa trên các lần bạn ghé trang này và trang, app khác. Trên Android bạn có thể đặt lại hoặc xoá mã này ở Cài đặt > Google > Quảng cáo. Bạn có thể tắt quảng cáo cá nhân hoá ở Cài đặt quảng cáo của Google hoặc aboutads.info. Xem cách Google dùng dữ liệu từ trang dùng dịch vụ của Google. Người chơi ở Khu vực Kinh tế châu Âu, Anh và Thuỵ Sĩ sẽ được hỏi đồng ý trước; bạn đổi lựa chọn lúc nào cũng được bằng mục Tuỳ chọn quyền riêng tư trong Cài đặt của game.
• Google Fonts. Trang tải phông chữ Be Vietnam Pro từ máy chủ của Google.

Trẻ em

Ốc Đêm không dành cho trẻ dưới 13 tuổi và không cố ý thu dữ liệu của trẻ dưới 13 tuổi. Nếu bạn là phụ huynh và nghĩ con mình đã gửi dữ liệu lên ỐcMap, hãy liên hệ để được xoá.

Xoá tài khoản, xoá dữ liệu và liên hệ

Xoá ngay trong game. Vào Cài đặt > Quán, bấm "Xoá quán này, chơi lại từ đêm 1": quán bị xoá khỏi máy và bản sao trên tài khoản Google cũng bị xoá theo. Bấm Đăng xuất để thôi gắn tài khoản Google với game.

Xoá cả tài khoản. Muốn xoá dữ liệu Ốc Đêm của bạn trên máy chủ (tài khoản Google gắn với game và mọi quán lưu trên đó, thẻ quán trên ỐcMap, mã lưu quán, mã nhận thông báo, tin nhắn, ảnh), gửi email tới [email protected] với tiêu đề "Xoá dữ liệu Ốc Đêm", kèm email Google đã đăng nhập, tên quán hoặc mã quán. Chúng tôi xoá hẳn trong vòng 30 ngày. Nhật ký máy chủ được xoay vòng và tự xoá sau vài tuần; dữ liệu Google Analytics và quảng cáo do Google giữ theo chính sách của Google. Dữ liệu chỉ nằm trên máy bạn thì tự xoá được: bấm xoá quán trong game, hoặc gỡ app / xoá dữ liệu trang.

Trang này có thể được sửa khi game có thêm tính năng; ngày cập nhật ghi ở đầu trang.

Privacy

Summary

Ốc Đêm is a browser game and Android app. You can play without an account; Google sign-in is optional and only used to keep your shop across devices. The game never asks for your real name or phone number. Most data stays on your device. Everything sent to a server is listed below.

Stored on your device

Your shop progress (money, items, current night), sound settings and other options are kept in your browser's local storage. Clearing site data or deleting the shop in the game removes them for good.

Sent to the Ốc Đêm server

• Google account (optional). When you tap Sign in with Google, the server receives your email address and Google user ID from Google and keeps a copy of your shops linked to that account so you can open them on another device. No password, contacts or other Google data are received.
• Save code. When you tap the button to get a save code for moving devices, a copy of your progress is stored on the server under that code. The server keeps only a hash of the key.
• ỐcMap. When your shop joins a street, the server keeps a shop card that other players can see: shop name, description, an avatar picked in the game, sales numbers, in-game customer reviews and your replies. This text is public, so do not put personal information in it. You can hide your shop from the map in the game; shops not played for 3 weeks leave the map automatically.
• Filtering and reports. Names, descriptions and replies containing profanity are blocked. Players can report a shop with offensive text; the server records which shop reported it together with a short hash of the IP address, so one person cannot report many times.
• Notifications. If you turn on notifications, the server keeps your browser's Firebase Cloud Messaging token. It is dropped when you turn notifications off or after 4 months without opening the game.
• Chat and posts. Messages, posts and photos you share on Phố Đêm are stored on the server so other players can see them. Photos are kept in Cloudflare R2; photos in the public chat are deleted after 4 days, post photos after 8 days, and photos of deleted messages or posts are removed with them.
• Server logs. Like any website, the server logs IP address, time and browser type for each request to fight abuse and fix bugs; IP addresses are also used in memory for rate limiting.

Third-party services

• Google Gemini. When you reply to a customer review, your reply and the review are sent to the Google Gemini API to write the customer's answer and the end-of-night comment. No information identifying you is attached. See the Gemini API terms.
• Google Analytics for Firebase. The game sends anonymous gameplay events (opening the game, opening the shop, closing the night...) and general device information to learn where players get stuck. Google may set cookies or device identifiers for this.
• Google ads. Ốc Đêm may show Google ads (AdSense / Ad Placement API on the web, Google AdMob in the Android app), including ads between nights and ads you choose to watch for a reward. Google and its partners use cookies (on the web) or the device advertising ID (in the Android app) to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites and apps. On Android you can reset or delete this ID in Settings > Google > Ads. You can opt out of personalised ads in Google Ad Settings or at aboutads.info. See how Google uses data from sites that use its services. Players in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent first, and can change their choice any time from Privacy options in the game's Settings.
• Google Fonts. The page loads the Be Vietnam Pro font from Google's servers.

Children

Ốc Đêm is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you are a parent and believe your child has sent data to ỐcMap, contact us to have it deleted.

Deleting your account, data and contact

In the game. In Settings > Quán, tap "Xoá quán này, chơi lại từ đêm 1" (delete this shop): the shop is removed from the device and its copy on your Google account is deleted too. Tap Đăng xuất (sign out) to unlink your Google account from the game.

Delete the whole account. To delete your Ốc Đêm data on the server (the linked Google account and every shop saved on it, ỐcMap shop card, save code, notification token, messages, photos), or for any privacy question, email [email protected] with the subject "Delete Ốc Đêm data" and the Google email you signed in with, your shop name or code. We delete it for good within 30 days. Server logs are rotated and removed automatically after a few weeks; Google Analytics and ads data are kept by Google under Google's policies. Data that stays on your device you can remove yourself: delete the shop in the game, or uninstall the app / clear site data.
